My Development Program (MDP) is a key portion of our two-year Leadership Development
Program. MDP will enhance and develop the Rogers future leadership team. Rogers is honored
to offer you the opportunity to enroll in this program. Over the next 2 years, you will
experience a remarkable opportunity to learn, share, and grow as a member of Rogers.
This training opportunity will contribute to overall improved performance and will
enhance your development potential.

MDP is aligned with Rogers' core competencies. You will be learning multiple
leadership skills and tools, e.g., interpersonal communication, people management,
running a business, and creative thinking. It is also an opportunity for introspection
and personal examination of your leadership effectiveness in personal and
professional arenas. I believe the best way to improve yourself and the best way to
